Terms & Conditions

• Weekly rates do not include electricity, this charge is shared between the house guests.
• Weekly rates do include gas for hot water, and there is no additional charge for this.
• A wirelesss internet connection is provided in the weekly rate, this is an unlimited NBN broadband connection.
• Rent is to be paid two weeks in advance by a direct debit system from your bank account or credit card. Credit card payments attract additional fees.
• Leases run until the last Saturday in January.
• All rooms have a bed complete with bedding and linen, a desk and chair, and clothes hanging space
• You need to supply your own towels.
• Fixed electric heating is provided in the rooms, portable heaters are not permitted.
• Basic kitchen facilities are supplied, including cutlery, crockery, fridges, freezer, microwave, hotplates, oven, rice cooker, kettle and toaster.
